Life Skills Coaching

In an era where adaptability, resilience, and collaboration are essential, life skills coaching assumes importance. Through life skills coaching, participants are equipped with tools to improve their emotional intelligence, self-image, and quality of relationships. As a certified life coach, I offer the following guided journaling workshops.  These workshops are conducted offline for small groups and remotely for larger groups.

 

1. “Breathing Between the Lines”

  • Guided journaling workshops for goal setting, habit tracking, and achieving work-life balance. Emphasis is also laid on cultivating gratitude and self-love.

2. “Imagineers’ Collective”

  • Guided journaling workshops for sparking creativity, lateral thinking and discovering one’s authentic ‘writer’s voice’. Emphasis is also laid on cultivating gratitude and self-love.
